I can recommend myself if that's any good,a kit such as below that I can't say if it's good quality or not and depending on how many doors need doing about two hours for a two door and about three or a  bit more for a five door.

A decent kit with remote will be about £100,with labour about double that.

To be honest i dont see anything wrong with the kit chris has shown you i paid a lot more for a non-ebay kit and it was still made with the same cheap bits. infact one of the motors burned out and i got a repacement for about £4 from ebay and its fine.

I personally wouldn't use anything that cheap on my own car,but I've fitted lots of that cheap stuff without any problems, but the old saying "Buy cheap, pay twice" is still true in some cases, but as long as you understand the risk then there shouldn't be a problem,oh and about £100 for fitting the whole kit.

You won't get free fitting on a job that can take three or four hours, not unless the kit costs about £200 to start with.

It's not that popular like handsfree car kits, parking sensors or towbars,so you'll have to look a lot harder to find anyone,£200 should get you a well installed and reliable product.

i have fitted several of those cheap central locking kits to various cars and I reckon the motors have a life expectancy of around 18-24 months before they need replacing. Either the plastic gears strip or the rubber perishes and they drop apart. Or they just randomly stop working efficiently, overload, then blow fuse and you're locked out.
Would advise you to steer clear

are we looking around 2 ton for kit (decent) and installation on a 5 door with existing manual central locking?

i really could do with remote central locking and getting the beggar delocked! plus im far to lazy to have to turn my key in the door this often lol
