Hi all , i need to remove my front bumper trim to get it painted as the original owner has caught both sides and need to know if they come apart from the bumper and if so how.

Also i need to know if the front lower valence is removable as that has been scuffed as well , whats the price of new ones ?

They just pop off. Try a flat head screw driver. As for the valance at the bottom, it should just unclip aswell. Although im sure you might need to undo the archliner screws.
